About

I currently hold a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University, where I studied biology and neuroscience and graduated as a Dean’s scholar. I enjoyed learning about various concepts in the classroom, however I always wished for my academic engagement to be more interdisciplinary in nature. This blog is my attempt at applying the analytical skills I learned from years of study and research to all scopes of the healthcare industry, to develop a holistic understanding of the industry.

After receiving my BSc, in the Fall of 2022, I moved to Hanover, New Hampshire to work at Dartmouth College, studying cancer immunology as a Research Assistant. This was a wonderful experience for my professional development, as I gained insight into the inner workings of the research process at one of the most powerful academic institutions in the United States.

I am currently employed at the Canadian Center for Vaccinology, where I work as a Laboratory Technician. This was a great opportunity for me to take, as it allowed me to learn about a slightly different side of the healthcare industry.
